Emily and Sean’s story began when they met the new-fashioned way (dating apps!) in the fall of 2020. After going on a couple of socially distanced dates, the two parted ways for the holidays. Sean was eager to head back to New York to win over Emily’s heart and invited Emily on a ski trip in Colorado with some friends. Emily took a leap of faith, and went skiing for the very first time, on a very big mountain, with a brand new guy. Sean blew Emily away with his patience on the mountain and his gentle encouragement. It was there that the relationship really kindled and Emily fell for Sean’s charm (finally!) and the couple began dating shortly thereafter.

Over the last few years, Emily and Sean have fully immersed themselves in the vibrant tapestry of New York City, exploring and enjoying all the city has to offer. They have had the privilege and opportunity to travel outside their beloved city, to go on numerous trips both near and far, and have discovered passions, mutual hobbies, and many many restaurants together. Most importantly, Sean introduced Emily to the renowned and irresistible Mexican cuisine offered at Taco Bell and life has been better ever since.

In 2022, Emily and Sean planted roots in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where they’ve joyfully built a home together. They love frequenting the numerous coffee shops, bars and pizza parlors their neighborhood offers!

In January 2024, Sean surprised Emily with a trip to Florida and popped the question on a cold, windy day on the beach. With overwhelming joy (and complete surprise), Emily accepted, sealing their love with a resounding 'yes'!

Now, after more than three years of cherished memories, Emily and Sean are thrilled to invite their beloved family and friends to celebrate their union next March!
